Welcome to the A’ETHER APP. These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and
use of the A’ETHER APP, the Attune platform, and all related services provided by Humans Only
Official (collectively, the "Service"). By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to be
bound by these Terms.
1. The A’ETHER Movement & Membership
A’ETHER is a Direct 2 Consumer (D2C) Network designed to empower creators and independent
thinkers. To maintain a platform that is fast, safe, secure, and free from intrusive advertising, we
operate on a membership-based model.
Signup Fees: Access to the Service requires a signup fee. This fee supports the
infrastructure, security, and the "Humans Only" verification process.
Subscription: Membership grants you access to three integrated platforms within one
application. Fees are non-refundable unless required by law.
2. Eligibility and "Humans Only" Policy
By using the Service, you represent that you are at least 18 years of age (or the age of majority in
your jurisdiction). The A’ETHER APP is strictly for human users. The use of bots, automated
scripts, or "fake" accounts for the purpose of manipulating engagement metrics is strictly prohibited
and will result in immediate termination of membership without refund.
3. Content Ownership and License
Your Content: You retain full ownership of the music, videos, articles, podcasts, and other content
you upload to Attune and the A’ETHER APP.
License to Us: By posting content, you grant A’ETHER a non-exclusive, royalty-free, worldwide
license to host, store, and display your content solely for the purpose of operating the Service and
making your content available to your designated audience (fans, subscribers, etc.).

4. Monetization and Transactions
The Service allows creators to monetize their passion through subscriptions, tips, and merchandise
sales.
Direct Support: Fans may directly support creators through the application. A’ETHER
facilitates these transactions but is not a party to the individual contracts between fans and
creators.
Fees: A’ETHER may deduct a nominal processing or platform fee from transactions to cover
administrative costs. These will be disclosed at the point of transaction.
Taxes: Creators are solely responsible for reporting and paying any taxes applicable to the
income earned through the platform.
5. User Conduct and Community Standards
A’ETHER is a space for critical thinking and meaningful conversation, not echo chambers. You
agree not to use the platform to:
Engage in illegal activities or promote violence.
Harass, bully, or impersonate others.
Distribute malware or compromise the security of the application.
Upload content that infringes on the intellectual property rights of others.
6. Account Security
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials. You must notify us
immediately at connect@humansonlyofficial.com if you suspect any unauthorized access to
your account.
7. Disclaimers and Limitation of Liability
The Service is provided on an "as-is" and "as-available" basis. A’ETHER makes no warranties,
expressed or implied, regarding the continuous availability or absolute security of the platform. In
no event shall A’ETHER or Humans Only Official be liable for any indirect, incidental, or
consequential damages arising from your use of the Service.
8. Termination
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to the Service at our sole discretion if
you violate these Terms or engage in conduct that harms the community or the platform’s integrity.

9. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in
which Humans Only Official is registered, without regard to conflict of law principles.
